Sarah is a specialist pelvic health physiotherapist, yoga teacher, health and wellbeing presenter.

She offers an integrated approach to assessment, treatment, movement and breath, providing a safe and supported environment for you to recover.

Physiotherapy  

Assessment, diagnosis and treatment of injuries and aches and pains so you can get back to doing the activities you enjoy.

Sarah works with you to help you understand the causes behind your symptoms; how your body responds and how you move and then designs a personalised rehabilitation programme combining manual therapy: 

massage, myofascial release, trigger point release as well as Yoga, Pilates, strength resistance and stability work.

Yoga  

Helping you feel calmer, less stressed or anxious, more flexible and stronger.

Sarah assesses your breath patterns and how you move. Her aim is to maintain and improve how you breathe to help you feel more in control and to link this to how you move to stay strong and flexible. 

The benefits of connecting with our breath, body and mind are now well documented – and can help you feel better and perform better: giving your overworked nervous system a break from the constantly connected world we live in. Even 5 minutes a day can make a difference.

Sarah’s approach is to encourage and motivate you  to take a more active role in looking after your own health and wellbeing. 

The results are worth it. Sarah works to develop an effective and realistic programme taking into account the time you have available, your goals, what you like to do.

News!! New services from May

I’m taking a short sabbatical from my clinic to practice what I preach and rest up a little! but also to finalise new treatments and services to better support my patients and clients going forward.

For the last 18 months I’ve been studying again and I’m excited to be able to use my training in yoga therapy, chronic pain management and oncology physiotherapy to offer a deeper more integrated approach to women’s health and cancer care.

All women’s health physiotherapy services from pre- and post-natal to menopause and beyond are continuing.

A new offering:
Mindful Strenght Training for Women 

An online programme, physiotherapist-led, and working with my brilliant PT offering a safe, effective and individualised strength training programme that works. Staying strong and mobile as we age is a non-negotiable.

Yoga therapy – 1-2-1 sessions online and face to face combining yoga, breathwork and physiotherapy – a truly integrated eastern and western medicine approach to help with pain, stress and staying well.

An expanded service for people with cancer including:

  • Prehab – preoperative and pre-treatment care
  • Scar massage
  • Exercise and lifestyle programmes to support you during and post treatment, to build strength, mobility and more.

I’m back in clinic on Friday 3rd May at a beautiful new location: Health & Wellbeing Centre in Richmond | 50 Hill Rise.
